KING, Peter Cyril - In Loving Memory

It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to Peter who passed away peacefully on the 30th March 2024 surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 89. He was the cherished husband of Laureen, and a devoted father and father-in-law to Lisa and David (Australia), Michelle and Peter (England), Trina and Todd (USA), Andrew and Letitia (Stewart Island). Much loved grandfather to Alex, Sebastian, Ethan, Luke, Bella, and Ryan. Peter was also a beloved brother and brother-in-law to Warwick and Keiko, Wendy and Don, and Carol and Michael* Hardy.
Peter will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff from Southland Hospital and Southland Hospice who cared for Peter. In lieu of flowers, donations to Southland Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service which will be held to celebrate Peter’s life in J Fraser & Son’s Chapel, Cnr Esk & Doon Streets, Invercargill on Monday 8th April at 11.00am followed by a private burial.
