Chris* and I really enjoyed visiting Greta and you on our trips to NZ, lunches at the stunning Curio Bay Project, visiting you at the Museum, coffee at your place, lots of chats, and not forgetting your visit to us when you had your trip to the UK.

From when I was a little girl Geoff has been a loving, constant presence in our lives.
My favourite memories are movie nights. He captured family moments and skilfully turned them into full on entertainment. From parents to the youngest everyone was entertained. He knew what made a family.
I feel extremely sad at his loss. As all close to him are. His memories will be treasured .

For this one farmer the day has ended
Lie down and rest your head
Your time has been with struggles enough
Put the tractor in the shed

Your labour is done, you've earned your rest;
no more must you wait
Your legacy lives on, your love of the land,
and we'll shut the gate.

The family holidays remembered so fondly
Carting hay, horse riding, memories galore;
Rows of gumboots in the porch
Not one, not two, but a full score - or more

Greta in the kitchen, pressure cooker hissing
No one went without,
All-comers welcome, all-comers fed,
Of that there was no doubt

A life well lived Geoff

A good and respected friend to Calum, Joy
and all the McLeod clan

"Always remembered"

So sorry I couldn't be there today.
Uncle Geoff and Auntie Greta were always so good to us as kids, fond memories of staying with them during school holidays was always a treat.
Always a great yarn when we did catch up during the years.
