MOORE, Kathleen Faye “Faye”.

It is with much sadness the we announce the passing of our beautiful Faye on Sunday 8 January 2023, aged 83. Eldest daughter of George Reko* and Elizabeth Mary (Molly)* Amos. A dearly loved and respected sister of Aileen* and Doug* McNaught, and adored “Fazey Wazey” of her youngest sister Lorraine “Bugsy” and John* White (Mataura). Loving wife to Colin* and loving mother to Stewart and Veronika (Berlin, Germany). Dearly loved Mum of Fi and Andrew Smith (Invercargill), and cherished Nana Faye of James, George, and Tom. Much loved Aunty Faye to all her nieces and nephews. As per Faye’s wishes a private farewell was held on Friday 13 January. An open Committal Service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday 1 March at Mataura Cemetery where her ashes will be interred. Donations to Hospice Southland in her memory would be appreciated at any time, or at the Mataura service.
