ACKER, Noeleen Margaret (née Colville)

On Saturday, 18 February 2023 of Rowena Jackson Retirement Village, in her 93rd year. Loved wife, best friend and soulmate of the late Clarrie. Dearly loved mother, mother-in-law and Gran of Lindsay and Viv, Jenny (and Alex), Rosey (and Glenn) and Simon; Murray and Dianne, Tim (and Sally) and Bellamy (and Viv); Geoff and Dawn, Liam and Kelsey. Great Gran of Anya; Lily, Olly and Niko; Marcus, Zach and Lachie.  A celebration of Noeleen’s life will be held at 1.30pm on Friday 24 February at All Saints Anglican Church, Hollywood Terrace, Invercargill. Special thanks to the staff of Rowena Jackson Retirement Village and Southland Hospital for their care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Johns Ambulance Service at the service. Loved daughter of Robert (Bob) and Elizabeth (Nellie) Colville of Wollongong, Australia. Sister and sister-in-law of Katy and Ron Bunyan. Daughter-in-law of Herbert (Bert) and Gladys (Dove) Acker. Sister-in-law of Edgar (Ted) and Margaret (Peggy) Acker and Lola and Ross Bennetts. All deceased. Special Aunty, great Aunty and great great Aunty to all her nieces and nephews.
