It was with great sadness that I learnt of the passing of May. It was a pleasure to get to know her during my time working at Takitimu Home. Words cannot express how well regarded she was there by Residents, their Families and Staff.
Both Neil and May were wonderful "Friends of the Home".
I take comfort in them being together again and extend my deepest sympathies to family and friends.

To Kevin and Helen, we send our deepest sympathy. We were great friends with May and Neil many years ago and worked together well at St Johns - they were a lovely couple. Sorry to be unable to attend the funeral as we did for Neil, but will be thinking of you all.
