BATT: Lindsay John

After a courageous battle, Lindsay passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday 1st August 2023, aged 78 years. Very dearly loved husband of Frances for 54 years.

Cherished dad and father-in-law of Sharon and the late Arthur Lewis, Owen and Hine, Lyndon and Bridgette, Christine and Wayne Boot. Loved Grandad and Daddit of his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandees.

A service to celebrate Lindsay’s life will be held on Friday 4th August at the Winton Presbyterian Church, Meldrum Street at 1.00pm. Messages to 13 Danube Road, RD 3, Winton 9783

Dearly loved son of the late Molly and Charlie Batt. Brother and brother-in-law of Arnold and Trish and the late Keith*, Maureen* Benfell, Bill*, Elaine* Hill. Son-in-law of Chrissie* and Bert* Luscombe, Phenie* and Ian* Sinclair, Allan*, David and Raewyn, Ivan and Donna and special uncle of his many nieces and nephews. (*denotes deceased.)
