Rest in peace dear uncle.
Janice, Invercargill
RIP Alec. I will miss you. Still remember the trips for Inv engineering and rugby when I was in my teens.

A man that knew what hard work really was. A man that used his hands to create machines of marvel, yet could also bring life to gardens. Cared for others more than himself, enjoyed the simple things in life, stood strong and fought right till the end. Rest in Peace Uncle Alec you will be missed

For over 30 years a friend as an adopted brother in law always willing with those trick mechanical problems to help and to accept some in return when he needed a hand. RIP Alex you will be missed

We will miss you so much Alec. You have been so kind to us over the years and a great neighbour.
I will miss finding you in your garage tinkering on your vintage car or tending to your huge tunnel house.
I will also miss sitting around a campfire with the Corbin family and yourself discussing the adventures of life. Rest easy Alec, we will think of you when we are at Awarua Bay and Benmore. ❤️🩵❤️ Love Kyla, Craig, Elliot and little star Mackie

Thank you so much for being a part of our lives, so welcoming to all my family & their partners- never judging our craziness, just genuine & so giving, teaching my children & grandchild about gardening, keeping us supplied with endless veges while refusing anything in return. Alec you really were one of the old school genuine gentlemen- we will miss visiting, the camping/fishing trips & campfire conversations! Rest in Peace
Veronica Corbin, Invercargill
