Loved wife of the late Mike Randall and the late John Wayne Carroll.Loved mother and mother-in-law of Sonia & Lindsay Walker ( Christchurch); Sam & Trish Carroll ( Mataura); Selene (Melbourne); Saria & Terry Barlow (Otorohonga). Much loved Grandmother and Great grandmother of her many moko’s. A service to celebrate Rachel’s life will be held at 10am, Thursday 23rd November 2023 at Winton Funeral Home, 306 Great North Road, Winton. Followed by a private cremation.
