Our condolences to Shirley and the Brown family from the family of Wallace and Jean Chilton, John was a good friend to Wallace their whole lives with both being the same age, as children we have fond memories of our parents "gang nights" as they were called with all of their friends including the Browns getting together at our home where there were always nice cakes left over. Dad always spoke well of John and John always did of our father, they were great mates and we are thinking of the Browns loss today.
Peter Chilton and family.

Dear Shirley, as Pete has said, the Chilties are with you in spirit today and sending love and hugs. The relationship you and John had with our parents and the rest of the gang showed the gang kids what it was to be a true friend.
There would be few people who knew Jean and Wallace so well. I remember a lovely man .I will be watching from Auckland today.
Love Su and the bros.
