Mrs Hodges in my time has been like the matriarch-mother to the town of Winton. Always making sure everyone was ok. Mrs Hodges and husband Russell helped so many young people like myself starting out in life. Rest easy Mrs Hodges you will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

I was so sorry to learn, from a Winton friend, of Joan’s passing and send my love and condolences to you all. I met Joan through Probus when I lived in Winton and of course she was part of their choir, as I was. Jan I know from your involvement with Swim Southland and Bob swimming with my grandies.
