Strang, Norma Helene:

It is with profound sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Norma in the loving presence of her family at Walmsley House on Monday, December 11, 2023. Dearly loved and devoted wife of the late Murray. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Philippa and Roger Strong, Fiona and Shane Soper. Cherished Nana of Jayme and Sean, Cole, and Alex, and loved Nanny of Felix. The family are extremely grateful for the exceptional care given by the staff at Walmsley House. A service to celebrate Norma’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill on Friday, December 15 at 1.30pm. Donations to Hospice Southland in Norma’s memory can be left at the service. Messages to 153 East Road, RD 1, Invercargill 9871, or 123 Lorn Street, Invercargill 9810

We will miss you and your beautiful smile.. I have only known Norma for a few years but you always made me feel welcome and part of the family when I came to visit.. I was luckily enough that Norma gave me her secret desert receipe so when I make it I will always think of you. RIP Norma
