COWIE, Aileen Mary (née Booth)

It is with great sadness that we farewell Aileen after a brave journey. Aileen passed peacefully, aged 80, at Rowena Jackson on Sunday evening, surrounded by the love of her family.  

Dearly loved wife of Garnie for 57 years. Loved Mum and mother-in-law of Megan and Grant, Roger and Kath, Derek and Janeo. Adored Nana of Raff, Alfie, Sam, and Jacko.

In accordance with Aileen’s wishes a private service will be held. Messages to 44 Welsh Road, Winton 9720

To Garnie, Megan, Derek, Roger & Families - Deepest Sympathies on the loss of Aileen - we all have fond memories of spending time with your family over the years - and of Garnie and Aileen being great friends to Ernie and Jan. It was so nice to see Aileen when we were packing up Otatara to move Jan - thanks Garnie for bringing her by. Sending loving thoughts at this very hard time xx
