McStay, Vivienne Margaret

Peacefully at home in Tuatapere on Saturday 29th June 2024, aged 73.

Sometimes grizzly wife for 50 years of Joe (Brian).

Loved mother of Alexis and Mark (Tauranga), and the late Duane. A much loved sister and sister-in-law of Lex* and Bev, Patsy*, Maxon* and Sharon*. A loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Vivienne’s life will be held on Friday 5th July at the Southland Crematorium, Rockdale Road, Invercargill at 1.00pm.

What a wonderful person she was. Viv was a generous person. She was always sharing her farm produce with her neighbours. She and her menagerie of dogs was part of our lives. Viv was a valuable friend. A strong woman and partner for Joe. She will be missed by us all.

Our long time friend. I Would've loved to tell some yarns today but knew I would struggle to keep it together!! So much I loved about you Viv. You had such a passion for pets, were so kind, generous , great sense of humor, which reminds me of when we were cleaning Duanes house and you described him as "such an angel" of which I questioned??
