My sincere condolences to Bob and family. She was an amazing woman who had the biggest kindest heart. When I met Shirley about 35 years ago she took me on as her own, loved me unconditionally and never judged me and for that she always held a special place in my heart. Love and blessings to you all xx

Dear Bob and family - sincere condolences on the loss of your precious, amazing, wonderful lady Shirley. She truely was a most remarkable woman. I first met her over 40 years ago at a Womens Aglow gathering. At that stage I had four children under five and she encouraged me in my parenting endeavours and was a true inspiration and a great example of what a Godly woman should be.. Funny, forthright and faithful and a great friend to all who knew her.

Dear Bob and family
I first met Shirley 33 years ago at the Apostolic Church and what a wonderful caring, hardworking woman she was. I was a young, newly separated single mum raising my 4 kids. Shirley and Bob came alongside our family and supported us, especially with my only son Adam.
Adam sends his love from Australia and says he remembers with fondness, Bob picking him up every Saturday and taking him out to Makarewa where Bob had jobs waiting, driving lessons, pocket money, and of course Shirley’s baking .
I was so blessed to be in the team with Shirley and Bob on the very first missions trip to India. Shirley’s love shown to the poorest of poor there, was truly an inspiration.
Well done good and faithful servant, now enter your rest.
