WITHINGTON Norman
Peacefully on Monday 23rd September 2024 surrounded by family at Southland Hospital from a stroke, age 96.
Loved husband of Hilda for 68½ years.
Loved father and father in law of the late Karl, Grant and Jan (Sydney), Philip and Bronwyn, Cam and Karen (Alexandra), Jasmine and Paul Worthington (Merredin, WA), Brent and Karen, Sharon and Darren Robbie.
Dearly loved Pop of his 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral to be held on Friday 27th September 2024, at 1pm in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill. Interment at East Winton Cemetery will follow.

The day i met Norman was at Church they were sitting in front of us, after church we began to chat as Elly was great friends with Sharon and Hilder. I introduced myself to this quiet spoken man with a handshake, Normans hand engulfed mine as if i was wearing a glove the handshake was gentle and very fitting of a man i had come to respect and get to know.
Rest in peace my friend surrounded in the arms of Jesus.
