Marty, Karen and family,
Very sorry to hear of your dads, Bobs passing. Although it's been over 30 yrs. since I have seen or spoken to you all, I have great memories of time spent at Adamson Cresent hanging out (and probably emptying the fridge). I know Bob definitely played a part in turning all of us "boys" into young men, mostly with a friendly smile and occasionally a well-deserved frown or stern word :). Good times.
Thinking of you all

I have just shed a load of tears for my best boyhood friend and pal, on hearing of his passing .We met as local lads we were just a street apart as very young lads and also went to the same school East Borough secondary , BOB had a brain and was an apprentice diesel engineering didn’t have a workable brain and was a junior Suger Boiler at Sharps Kreemy toffe . I went off to do my National Service and said to Bob see you when I get some Leave , when I did get some leave he had gone to pastures new . Now he has gone on another great journey and I will miss him so so much having only recently found him again . Bless you mate love you always Brian Brown
