It was sad news to hear about Mary passing and the loss will be noticed. i ca remember her coming to Auckland when i was a lot younger in my years than now' Mary was visiting her Uncle my father "Frank Hodgetts" i also remember i think that Mary was also in the Army .
I stayed with Mary and Arthur when i was at a conference. at Invercargill for CWI stayed at there place at Arrow town. there are are many other memories which i will hold onto and maybe start writing some of them down in a book so my adult children can read and see what was what when i was staying with MARY and ARTHER.

Beloved Aunty Mary,

A beautiful soul, happy to chat if you needed someone to talk too. A bubble of laughter always ready just below the surface.
Rest in peace, you will be missed and remembered.
