Liz, we had so many fun times working at the Riverton Hospital, it was always hilarious to see how often we could shock or educate you about what we all got up to out of work. The continued get togethers with the ex staff many years later were always great too. To the Haggerty family you have lost such a gem, may it bring you comfort knowing she’s back with her beloved Ron and not suffering anymore.
Wendy Anderson, No 1 RD Riverton
To the Haggerty Family and extended family our deepest sympathy to you.

Sending lots of love from Nat Court and girls (Andrea and Andrew’s friends) we loved the times we saw Elizabeth aka Nana when she came to Auckland over the years and will remember her wonderful laugh. Wishing we could be with you to say farewell to your darling Mum and Nana x

Condolences to the family. From being a friend with Joann as a very young girl to working with Elizabeth at Riverton I have known her a very long time. She was always smiling and had a very infectious laugh. She will be remembered fondly by all

I spent my growing up years in Southland along side my Nightcaps McGregor Cousins, Elizabeth Elta, Duncan, and Don all of whom have been life long Great friends. I was Elizabeth brides maid and Elta flower girl !!
Circumstance keeps me at home today, but although I can not see I'm grateful to be able to hear the Audio of Elizabeth service. In chatting with Elizabeth in her final years here in Cromwell she frequently acknowledged the wonderful love and care of her close and attentive family.
Rest now, Dear old Cobber in well deserved peace

Thinking of all the family. Fond memories of Mrs Haggerty when growing up, always remember her smile, and the antics that my mum, other nurses and Elizabeth got up to at the Riverton hospital .
