ABBOTT Ronald ‘ Lindsay ‘

Just to let you know I’m gone.
I journeyed somewhere on Saturday 31st May 2025, not sure where to, god only knows.
But it will not be wings or halo.
I hope it is to a babbling brook, complete with sunshine, shelter and grassy banks where I can pit my wits against a wily trout.
If I catch him, I release him, like me Tommy trout is a free spirit.
I just want to say thank you to family and friends for love, support and care over the years.
If you have the time there will be a Celebration of Life Service for me on Saturday 7th June 2025, 10am in J Fraser and Sons Chapel.
Like me, it will dare to be different.
Cheers and cares to all you that have impacted my life.
Kindest Lindsay.

Lindsay resided at the Kaitangata Camping Ground over the last year where the Camp owners Jonni and Blair looked out for him, they become very good friends.
I am going to miss lindsay I know he had health issues but was always cheerful when I visited him, we practiced a couple of songs together he had a great voice.
My thoughts are with Lindsay's Family.
