COCKER, Vilma Bernice MNZM (nee Wilson)
1927 - 2025

Passed away peacefully on Friday 14th November, 2025 at Peacehaven, Invercargill, surrounded by family. Wife of the late Alton Cocker, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Kingsley and the late Carol, Michele and Lance Howley, David and Barbara, Adrian and Sandra. Loved Grandmother of Rebecca, Gemma, Andrew and Cassie, Scott and Jacqui, Regan and Kate, Kristen and Mike, Daniel and Jasmine, Jason and Renee, Hannah and Tom. Loved Great-Grandmother of Flynn, Bellah, Willow, Brianna, Jordan, Caleb and Helena, Emma, Mietta, Sophia, Ashlee and Ariah. Special thanks to the staff at Peacehaven Care Home for their kindness, care and support. A funeral service will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill on Wednesday 19th November at 2pm. Vilma was such a lovely lady, and everyone in the scouting community had so much respect for her. I have a lot of very fond memories of her, may she rest in peace. My sincere condolences go out to her loving family.
