JONES, Stanley James. Stan passed away unexpectedly at his home in Riverton on Saturday January 31, 2026. Aged 89 years. Loved husband of the late Beverley Jones and special companion of Mary Butterfield. Dearly loved father of the late Christopher and the late David, Richard, Stan and father-in-law of Bridgitte. Loved Chopper of Annabelle and Alice, Jonny, William and Charlotte. A service will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr. Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 1.30pm, on Wednesday February 4 to celebrate Stan’s life. A private cremation to follow.
