EGAN, Winifred (Anne) nee McCarthy

After a long illness, Anne passed away in the care of Ascot Bupa, Invercargill on Thursday 5th February 2026.

Dearly loved wife of Terry. Respected mother and mother-in-law of Bede and Natasha, Jackie and Andrew, Anton and Melissa, Jenny* and Brendon Hargest, William and Debby. Grandmother to Frank, Sam, Charlotte, Ben, Anabelle; Emma, Kate, Patrick; Harrison, Lachlan, Alice; Hannah, Aiden, Brooke; Ryan, and Greer.

A Requiem Mass will be held at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 84 Great North Road, Winton on Tuesday 10th February at 10.00am followed by Anne's burial at Wreys Bush Cemetery. Messages to 128 Richardson Road, Croydon, RD 6, Gore  (* denotes deceased)
