RIDD, Ian James


Peacefully on March 12th 2026 at Hawthorndale Care Village, aged 79 years.

Dearly loved husband of Shona for 59 years.

Loved father and father-in-law of Sharon and James Lowe (Blackmount) Geoff and Sharron (Invercargill) Glen and Rach (Winton).
Loved Grandfather and Great-grandfather, and a much loved brother and brother-in-law and uncle of all his nieces and nephews and extended family. 

A great friend to many.

A service to celebrate the life and times of Ian will be held at 11.00am 17 March 2026 at J Fraser and Sons' Chapel corner of Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, followed by interment at Forest Hill Cemetery.
