To Trish, Garry, Bob, Sue & Ronald. It came as a shock to our family to hear that dear Mrs.T slipped away quietly on Wednesday night. So many stories and memories of the Otara days - Pony Treks Pony Club and Hunting. It was Grace and Dave who were the driving force behind many equestrian events that took us all over Southland and Otago - times our girls still talk about.
We will treasure the time we spent with Grace last week in Southland Hospital - it seems the last fews weeks weren't easy for her.
I can't believe our 19 September birthday calls will be no more.
Sincere condolences to you all. Dorothy & Donald.
'Back with Dave again'.

My heartfelt condolences to you all for the loss of your mum, mother inlaw, grandmother and Mrs T.
I have so many fond memories growing up in the Telfer Family, being the youngest by a bit I was the nuisance that got to tag along on many pony excursions. Lake Hayes show being one of my favorite memories. Grace rests now with her loved ones whom have gone before her, I know they will have all welcomed her with open arms. Lots of cups of tea and long conversations, filled with laughter.
Dave's and my thoughts are with you all at this sad time.

I was so sad to hear about Mrs T. Thinking back on all the good times we had at pony club, pony trek, hunting and the shows it was such a huge part of growing up and she was such a big influence in our lives. Her quiet, caring but firm way helped shape us and I look back on those times fondly. Thinking of you all at this sad time.

I am so sorry to hear about Mrs T's passing. I often think about those years and how very lucky we were to live in such a supportive and encouraging district. Mr and Mrs T were a huge part of that, and because of them we were able to experience hunting, pony club, the Lake Hayes Show and many other wonderful times that we probably wouldn't have had, had they not been our neighbours. Those memories live on and it's been really special talking about them again with Mum, Dad, Jillian and Paula over recent days. Love to you all at this very sad time.

Trish, Bob, Sue and family, we are very sad to hear of the passing of Gracie, it was a shock as she was a lovely lady.
Andrea (Hurley) and Michael Mahon, Rolleston
My thoughts are with you all,a lovely lady has left us but she won't be forgotten.I am away dog showing and just saw Grace had passed which shocked me as she has always kept up with me and my dogs.I remember well the times going to the horse shows from your place over the Waikaka Stream and how I used to cross the rickety bridge across the stream just opposite the East Gore School.Grace and Dave were very good to me carting me to shows etc because Dad trained horses so he was always at the races on Saturdays.Rest well Grace, back wit Dave once again.
