LUNN  Kathleen Verna – Kit (nee Kelman)

Passed away on Tuesday 9th June 2026, surrounded by family.

Loved wife of the late Bert Lunn.

Loved mother and mother in law to Ross and Sharon, Grant and Debbie, Craig and Jo, and Andrea and the late Marcel.

Loved Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

Loved sister and sister in law of Ron, Betty and Joyce, Bob and Hazel, Gwen and Tom.

Loved Aunty of all her nephews and nieces.

A Celebration of Kit’s life will be held on Friday 19th June 2026, 1.30pm in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill.

We would like to thank Dunstan Hospital HUD Department for their care of our beloved Kit.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Society Southland would be great appreciated and can be left at Kit’s service.

Kit was a much valued committee member of the Southland Alzheimers committee for many years and became a good friend to my parents Linda and Bob Stevenson through their committee association.
She was a wee treasure that always had a lovely friendly smile and would do anything to help others.
