So so sad for your loss. Thought we had more time. Allana, Erin and I will be at the service. It's the least we can do for a man that showed us so many good times. Aroha, Jennie Woodford

We were so sad to read that Mark has made his final journey and all too soon. Mark was one of life's amazing humans in every aspect. His family will miss him dreadfully. Our love and thoughts are with you all at this very sad time but may memories of happier days you all shared with Mark help you through the weeks and months to come.

Mark was pilot of a 500D model in support of the Southern Coastal Charitable Trust's in at least 3 of the Trust's coastal cleanups, He was an exceptionally smooth pilot , with an unflappable manner and a critical eye for safety and safe practice . We also enjoyed his company as he stayed in camp with us during the cleanups. His warm nature and quick good humor were valued by all.
On behalf of the Southern Coastal Charitable Trust I offer our condolences to his family and close friends at this trying time. Rest easy fine friend.

RIP Mark. One of my most memorable days was sitting in the back of the black 500 with you and a shooter . I still have that video to this day. My sincere condolences to the family . Travel safe my friend .

Condolences to the family. Fond memories of Led Zep, helicopter rides, surf talk, family dinners, and a few brews. Not-so-fond memories of that five-day-old ham you fed me one New Years that nearly made me keel over :) I'll miss your generosity and sense of humour, but most of all, the way you made me feel like part of the family from day one. RIP Mark.

Rest in peace, Mark. Mark touched my very soul, when he looked into my eyes, I could almost feel his heartbeat. The world is a better place because Mark was here. I can’t imagine returning to New Zealand and not hearing his voice and seeing his smile may peace be with the family.
