Passed peacefully on 15 August 2026, aged 87 years.
Dearly loved husband of Tangee Ake.
Loved father of Richard*, James, Karen and Tania.
Much loved Koro of Jasmine, Paora*, Anaha, Paige, Tyron, Keani, Courtney, and Te Ariki.
Treasured Great-Koro of Ngahuia, Ahurei, Karma, Zahier, Thea, Athena, Kore.
Much loved brother of Tilly*, Albert*, Mabel*, Isobel*, Maria and John.
Eddie will be lying at 250 Dunns Road, Otatara, Invercargill, surrounded by his whānau.
Eddie’s tangi will be held on Wednesday 19th August 2026, 1pm, Lindisfarne Methodist Church, 22 Lindisfarne Street, Invercargill.
Private Cremation will follow.
