Passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Rowena Jackson, Invercargill. Aged 92 years.
Dearly loved and devoted wife of the late Doug. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Elaine McEvoy and Russell Paterson; Jo and the late Grenville Robinson; Lyndal Robinson and Jim Lines; Craig and Jackie Robinson; and Paul and Jill Robinson. Adored grandmother of Nick and Caitlin; Hannah, Elliot and Leah; Maggie and Isla; Eve, Scarla and Theo and partners. Loved great grandmother of Caleb, Niamh, Ella, Esme, Rosa, Fionn, Daisy, April, Tui and Max.
Much loved daughter of Bessie and John Anderson*. Loved sister of Bill*, Hughan*, Isobel* and their families. Loved member of the Robinson family.
The family would like to thank the staff at The Salisbury Wing, Rowena Jackson for the wonderful care and compassion shown during her time there.
The funeral service for Margaret will be held on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, at J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Cnr Esk and Doon Sts, Invercargill, commencing at 1.00pm, followed by the interment at Woodlands Cemetery.
