GULLICK: Mary Teresa (nee Doherty)
Mum passed peacefully on 17/09/2026, after a very full life spanning 96 years.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Raymond James. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Peter & Hinako, Karen & Ross, John & Anne, Francine, Noel & Julie, Jayne & Sean, and the late Kristine and their respective families.
Greatly loved wee Mary/Gran to her 13 grandchildren and her 11 great grandchildren.
Beloved daughter of the late James & Jessie Doherty and sister and sister-in-law of all her late siblings, Hugh & Gwen, Jimmy & Joyce, Doreen, Bernie & Joan, Patty & Chris, Eileen & Keith and Gay & Alan and sister-in-law to all the late Gullick family, Kath & Jack Kurta, Kevin & Lorraine Gullick, Zita & Pat Cahill and Francis & David Byron.
The last of her family of seven. The end of an era for the Doherty clan.
Loved and respected by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Always up for a visit and catch up. She will be missed by many.
May she Rest in Peace.
A Rosary will be held on Wednesday September 23rd at 7:00 pm at the St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Winton
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Winton on Thursday September 24th at 11:00 am, followed by interment at the East Winton Cemetery.

So sad to see Mary has passed away. A real little lady, always had time for you. Our families go back, from Peter being the alter boy at our wedding, 60 years ago along with my cousin Terry Boyle. I did a lot of babysitting the Gullick children.Perfect little people, so obedient, never any trouble.A few months ago Peter visited us. Many memories of our families together,staying in Winton at your house , some of you staying at our house. Mary picking up mum to go to golf, etc....Chris and l always enjoying a cuppa and Mary's baking and lots of chat ,on our trips out to New Zealand. The end of that era. All good wishes to to you all.

I was sorry to read that Mary had passed away.
I enjoyed catching up with Mary when she was visiting mum (Irene Ward), listening to all tne shenanigans that went on in the 'big' house and also hearing how the Gullick and Doherty family's were doing.
