I got to know Ritchie while I have been volunteering at Vicary Daycare. A lovely special man who I became very fond of and will be truly missed. So willing to share his vast knowledge. Will think of Ritchie when I wear my "mismatched shoes "that he was so fascinated with .

Ailsa and Ritchie were of great support to my parents (Harry and Marjorie Myers) when we emigrated to Drummond from England. I have great childhood memories of Mr Lindsay’s fantastic traction engine and times spent at the farm with the family.. A true Southland gentleman of the farming community - sincere sympathies to all the family
