SIMPSON Elizabeth Monica (Betty)

Peacefully on Sunday 7th February 2021.  Dearly loved wife of the late Ian for 65 years.

Loved mother and mother-in-law of Mike and Lyn, Pat, Ann and Richard Mallon, Catherine and Tim Roxburgh, Mark and Paula, and Margaret.

Much loved and adored grandmother and great-grandmother.

A mass of thanksgiving for Betty’s life will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 449 North Road Invercargill at 2 pm on Thursday 11 February with a private cremation to follow.  Rosary will be held in the Church at 7.00pm on Wednesday 10th February.

Donations to Southland Kennel Club are welcome.

I was saddened and shocked to see that Betty had passed away, I hope it was peaceful. I will very much miss her to chat to. She was such a kind, caring lady with a huge open heart that made u feel special and she was a pleasure to be around when I went to do their lovely garden which they loved. I will miss her and Ian very much
