As the Patron of Southland Girls' High School Old Girls' Association,Sheena was always very interested in our Association and contributed a lot to our group. She could recall clearly the early days of the school and recounted many stories .Sheena participated in all our functions and enjoyed sharing poetry and tales. Our members will miss her.We send condolences to her family.Sheena was very fond of her family and enjoyed talking about them. My sympathies to the friends and family of a lovely lady who assisted in finding our perfect baby daughter 50 years ago. Much admired .

Our thoughts are with Sheena's family. My first meeting was in 1949 as a 12 year old I attended my first Girl Guide Camp at Centre Bush and Sheena was in charge. It was a great experience as she put so much effort and fun into the week. Since then we have met on many occasions and we both have many memories of knowing this lovely friendly woman for many years.
