When I am dead, my dearest,
Sing no sad songs for me;
Plant thou no roses at my head,
Nor shady cypress tree:
Be the green grass above me
With showers and dewdrops wet;
And if you will, remember,
And if you will, forget.

A poem by Christina Rosetti

In memory of a truly gentle man.

Thinking of you all and wishing I could be with you. Thank you for 60 years of wonderful friendship and fun times together. From sharing honeymoons together to gardening marathons and times in between. You were such a gentle man and will be sorely missed by all. Now there will be no one to call me KID.
Take care Anne and I will see you soon.
Love
