WILSON, Shirley Dianne ‘Shirl’ (nee Brass).

Surrounded by her loving family, Shirl passed away peacefully at Southland Hospice on Sunday 3rd October 2021. Dearly loved wife and best mate of Jim. Most loved mother and mother-in-law of Jo and Neal Montgomery, and Lauren and Peter Hawkes. Treasured Grandmother of Hazel Montgomery and Charlotte and Georgia Hawkes. Shirl’s life will be celebrated on Wednesday 6th October 2021 at 2pm at J Fraser & Sons (due to Covid restrictions attendees by invitation). In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Southland Hospice in Shirl’s name. Special thanks to Dr Chris Jackson and his team at Mercy Hospital, Oncology staff at Southland Hospital and the supportive and caring staff at Southland Hospice.
