HORRELL JANET CORAL (Nee Ashby) on Sunday 21 July 2019, Loved wife of Mervyn of 53 years. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Simon and Judith (Alexandra), Bryce and Joanne (Oreti). Loved Granny and Oma of Brittany, Araminta, Scott, and Edward. A service to celebrate Janet’s life will be held on Thursday 25th July 2019 at 1.30pm, in the Winton Presbyterian Church. Followed by a private cremation. Donations can be made at the service for the NZ Cancer Society. Messages to 384 Ryan Road, RD3, Winton. 9783.

Words cannot express how sad but how joyful we are feeling. Janet was one special lady. To God be the glory for her life and the witness of that life. I will not forget.

Heartfelt best wishes for this difficult time to Mervyn; Simon, Bryce and families; and Anne. I am sad not to be able to be at the celebration of Janet's life today; she was and is very special to me. To me, Janet epitomises my favourite Mother Teresa poem:
Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
