Love and hugs to the family of Russell, I worked at Farmer's Trading Co.. and he was my go-to man during the years he looked after us and his other clients at the premises at 150 Dee Street. I was pleased to catch-up with Russell one day several years ago when he and his lovely wife were shopping in Farmers, he remembered my husband and the classic Ford he owned. Andee told me later she was pleased for Russell, that I took the time to stop and chat.....he was a lovely man and I enjoyed my time knowing him. RIP Russell xxx

Russell was a loyal friend of 52 years, a great man of integrity, quick humour and a talented motorcycle racer. We enjoyed many hilarious adventures, impromptu parties and great mutual respect. Condolences to all the family,Rest in Peace my friend you will be sorely missed and will live on my many fond memories of your kind and generous spirit.

RUSSELL. J. CUNNINGHAM
Now Sneaky Meats a name
I often so re-call
When we both worked at A.B.L
Past many years to fall

Always full of it he was
But a man to ride the trail
And later so in life
We were in opposition to prevail

Pricing Insurance work
Southland wide and new
Great ever competition
As I taught him all he knew

Sad to see he has left us
It has been many years
Since we sat down and chewed the fat
Over a couple of nice cold beers

Rest in Peace there Sneaky
You will be building up above
And one day we will meet again
With the Angels and the Doves
