HOLLINGWORTH John William

After a courageous journey John passed away peacefully at home on Monday 5th September 2022, aged 86 years.

Adored husband and best friend of Gail for 60 years.

Dearly loved father and father in law of Neil and Susan, Brent and Vicki, and Chris and Crash.

Cherished Grandad and great grandad of all his grandchildren.

Loved brother and brother in law of George* and Pat Hollingworth,  Judith and John* Wright,  Norman and Shirley Hollingworth, Margaret* and Bill* Pennycuick, Joan and Alister Lamond (Australia), Bill and Jan Landrebe, and Murray and Marie Landrebe.

Loved Uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

Family would like to sincerely thank Dr Roger Baillie and Dr Caroline Corkill for their special care and dedication of John.

Donations to St John Ambulance would be greatly appreciated and can be left at the service.

A Celebration of John’s life will be held on Thursday 8th September 2022, 10.30am at J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill.  A private cremation will follow.
