As members of the Funeral Directors’ Association of New Zealand (FDANZ), we are bound by the new Standards document, recently adopted by all member funeral homes. The Standards document is designed to ensure that the process of arranging and conducting your loved one’s funeral is carried out in the most professional manner possible.
Also included is our Engagement Agreement between the client family and J Fraser and Sons Ltd, which confirms in writing our adherence to the standards of service that you may expect from our funeral home whenever we are engaged to arrange and conduct your loved one’s funeral.
